WATER JET CUTTING

Water jet cutting is another of the modern technologies for cutting materials. We use it to manufacture our plastic and rubber components. Huge advantage in comparison to lasers is the possibility to cut materials with various structures, including multi-ply materials, without crumbling its edges.

CNC MILLER

This machine is our newest instrument in the manufacturing process. It works perfectly especially with wood and plastic. It cuts perfectly, with smooth finish of edges and no need for further adjustments. Components produced this way fit right into place with no need for additional modification.





SANDBLASTING

It is very important to have a well-prepared surface before applying color or anti-corrosion protection. That’s why we have all of our constructions abrasively cleaned with sharp-edged steel abrasives in an industrial sandblasting box. The result is a perfectly cleaned surface, ready to be finished with anti-corrosion protection or anti-corrosion or powder coating.

ANTI-CORROSION PROTECTION

All constructions can be treated with quality anti-corrosion protection. You can choose from epoxid or hot-dip galvanization. Epoxid is a highly effective protection that we standardly for almost all outdoor constructions. Hot-dip galvanization is incomparably the highest quality anti-corrosion protection, which guarantees increased endurance from wearing out and mechanical damage.

POWDER COATING

Powder coating process uses revolutionary technology of application of electrostatic adhesive granules of powder color. Afterwards it is cured at 200°C. The result of this process is solid, durable and high-quality surface treatment. Its advantage is high endurance from mechanical damage and absence of harmful substances to health and nature. Therefore this kind of surface treatment is suitable for indoor, as well as outdoor, workout constructions.
